Our preferred methods are free sell and allotments which enable us to streamline the booking process. Resorts may request to cancel allotments at any time and also provide us with black out dates and stop sell dates.
We have a large client base and distribute your available rentals and suites with leaders in the vacation industry. Potential guests are provided with resort properties, pictures, and descriptions including room details, resort amenities, location, rates, policies, and more. Our goal is to deliver as many bookings as possible to our resort clients while providing an guests with much more property information as compared to OTAs.

We can distribute resort properties at or below published rates on resort websites and OTAs. Our customers typically stay an average of 6 nights which equals more revenue and fewer expenses.
Rates and Revenue
Bookings are confirmed 7 days a week, including nights & weekends, ensuring a streamlined booking experience for guests. Guest bookings are delivered by email or through the resort's online reservation system, or extranet. For each booking, the reservation details and customer information are sent to the resort. Resorts can choose a methods of payment tailored to your needs including paid in full at the time of each booking or paid on a scheduled basis by invoice.
How Bookings are Delivered
We provide a booking agreement tailored to your resort's needs or resorts may provide us with their own booking agreement. We can book on free sell, allotments, or based on availability for select properties. We ask for fair and competitive rates within your market. You can set the minimum or maximum number of nights, change over dates (if applicable), rates, fees, cancellation policies, etc. Resorts may choose to cancel the agreement at any time.
